I could not install Hyper V too, from windows. And SfB is not listed in de microphone permission area on the Mac. I have cleaned all from registry related to GP, delete install folder and etc.
After new installation of GP driver does not appear in network driver list. This is a new, but normal security feature which was added to macOS High Sierra. The main reason for issue is non existing PANGP Virtual Ethernet Adapter missing in device driver list for my opinion.
